Meet The Team
Brandon Smith
Owner
Brandon has been in the construction industry for over 26 years and holds a National General Building Contractors License and numerous other certifications. He started roofing at the young age of 14 and after graduating high school he joined the United States Naval Mobile Construction Battalion. After serving his country he was inspired to start his own business in order to provide the same level of service to his community and clients. Brandon is passionate about our work and takes pride in every job we do.
Bobby Wood
Field Opperations Manager
Bobby is an integral part of the team here at Veteran Contracting Services. He proudly served in the Marines with the 7th Engineer Support Battalion as a Combat Engineer. After serving his country, he entered the construction industry and now has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction. Bobby manages our daily field operations and works to keep our jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
April Smith
Office Manager
April handles our finances, scheduling and works hand in hand with our clients to navigate the insurance process. As a licensed real estate agent and with her background as a banking loan officer and insurance agent, she is an invaluable asset to our team. Her hard work and determination in both the field and office have helped get the company where it is today.
April and Brandon have been married for 13.5 years and they have six children.
Shelley Olds
Designer / Administrator
Shelley enjoys approaching design with a completely client-focused approach. With her passion for functionality, organization, great design and architecture, she has developed a reputation for creating beautiful yet functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. Shelley also serves as the office administrator for VCS and strives to produce a streamlined process for our team and clients.
